David is in Castellon, Spain

David writes:
‘ The morning was good today. I don’t think many conversations happened but lots of flyers were given out. We set up a table to get some interest flowing with the question: ‘What brings you fulfillment?’ People seemed interested but  reluctant to chat about God and the topic.
Generally the CU students are very excited about the whole week but a bit afraid that  people will not turn out. Gerson has been really helpful at sharing tips on how to do first contact. I’ve shared a bit about the things I have seen in other missions.
The students looked at what we were doing and they were encouraged to do it themselves.
Tonight’s evening event will start tonight at 9pm. Please pray that people will come, that we would have energy. There still seems to be a lot of practical things to do.
Each day starts with an 8am prayer meeting
 9-13:00 Flyering
14-15  Grill a Christian
15-19:00  Preparing for the evening
 20:00 Evening event
The group here is small, made up of around 5-6 Students along with their staff worker Gerson.
The students here have never seen a mission week and so everything we are doing is new to them and so they are relying on Gerson a lot to guide them through. ‘
It seems like they are having a positive start :)
